Stonebridge Homes
Stonebridge homes already had a well established brand when I joined their design team. Each new housing development required it’s own ‘mini-brand’, which consisted of a simple word mark and illustration. Once this was in place it was rolled out across all the collateral associated with a new development: the sales office, large format print (including flags, banners and cut vinyl) as well as the print and online marketing.
Each development has it's own unique illustrations, helping identify each site from the other whilst maintaining a coherent look and feel. The original illustrations were based on a concept of growth and wholesome living. I moved the illustrative style on into a fresh area – larger 'woodland creatures' meant that each site now had a character and therefore a personality, as well as lots of scope for new developments as time went on.
